What a night ! Absolutely awesome, as our friends over the pond would say... from start to finish we were mesmerised - I'd read about the new introduction and it was magic = everyone seemed to have a fantastic time - the band and singers were amazing - we were staying in the same hotel as them and they were kind enough to take time out to pose for photos and talk to fans = what a pleasure and unforgettable experience ..

I know as you get older the memory plays tricks, but with me it's worse because I was never blessed with a good memory in the first place and with my half century of years fast approaching, what chance have I got ! So when I say I haven't got a clue when I last saw Elvis The Concert, it is simply because my memory is crap.
However, I caught up with the show last night at Wembley Arena and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it, .......again, I'm not sure if I went the previous year it c

What a night. A packed MEN Arena was treated to amazeing concert.. Crystal clear images of Elvis on a screen, the sound was superb. It was great to see some of Elvis's backing singers and musicians on stage enjoying every minute, thier respect and love of Elvis realy showed, what tales they could tell.
I have been an Elvis fan from the beginning, but I never got to see him live. This was the next best thing.
Any Elvis fan must try to catch this show and I recomme

I recieved from 'Now Dig This' recently the brand-new RCA/FTD album "A Minnesota Moment",Elvis 'live' october 17th'1976 at Minnesota sports arena!-i was to be quite frank a little bit skeptical upon hearing about this CD release a few weeks ago as RCA/FTD have released quit a few concerts from the same year,1976 and the previous CD'S from "1976" were a little bit disapointing to be honest("AMERICA" and "NEW HAVEN'76")so i assumed the next soundboard from 1976 would be virtualy the same!!-i wa

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant from the moment it started right through till the all to soon finish.
The sound was crystal clear as was the footage on the screen. The colours were so vivid. Elvis once again rocked the joint and had the whole audience singing along to nearly every song. The roof lifted many times through the whole conc

did the show last night didn't know what to expect or how show would be produced. I have to say a bit disappointed I read about these shows a few months ago and it said ELVIS appeared as a hollogram but it was video footage. It was great to see him on a big screen I have loads of video and dvds of him so have these shots anyway, the whole screen would have been great. £35 was a lot of money to watch a video.
As I watched the show I did feel it was sad that we had t

I recently recieved from 'Now Dig This' the brand-new RCA/FTD album 2-CD deluxe edtion of the classic 1974 album "GOOD TIMES" and it is by-far the best RCA/FTD to be released in a long time(i own every album from the lable from "Burbank'68" to "good times");this new 2-CD version is awsome to listen with the remastered sound and session outtakes and studio highlights, which are a real joy to hear,-especially the very funny studio banter from Elvis and the band members at the legendary "STAX" st

In January me and my hubby went to the 'Elvis European Championships' weekend in Blackpool. What a weekend. It was fantastic. The atmosphere was superb, and we met some lovely people. It was nothing but pure entertainment from start to finish. My hubby bought me some great pressies too. Two gorgeous photo's of Elvis purchased from and signed by the photographer who took them Ed Bonja and two crystal necklaces with Elvis' image inside the crystal. All in all, best weekend ever!

Last year we celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary at Graceland. Our anniversary is on 15th February, as we were staying at Heartbreak Hotel we decided to view Graceland on Valentines Day. Elvis certainly has the pulling factor, because I think the whole of the USA must have celebrated Valentines Day at Graceland, they flocked in from all over, quite a few honeymooners were in the queues. Unfortunately we didn't get to see much of the inside of Graceland because of the amount of people, so on…

I had opened my pressies and my husband said theres one more thing and off he went and came back with this long flat narrow parcel, when I opened it I was shocked but over the moon, he had bought me my own number plate for my car. My daughter said it had been a BIG secret for weeks It is *** TCB with taking care of business printed underneath. It is one of the best surprises I have had, it also means I can reme…

I RETIRED IN NOVEMBER 2009. MY FAMILY HAD BOOKED CRAIG TO SING AT MY LEAVEING FUNCTION.
I AM VERY OUTSPOKEN ABOUT ELVIS ACTS AND I HAVE SEEN SOME BAD ONES.
CRAIG WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN, HE HAD A WIDE REPOTOIRE OF ELVIS SONGS AND HE SINGS SOME SONGS THAT OTHERS WIL NOT TACKLE, HIS VERSION OF HURT IS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE HEARD.
CRAIG INVOLVED EVERYONE, HE SEEMS TO ENJOY WHAT HE DOES.
I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TRY AND SEE HIM IF HE IS APPEARING NEAR YOU.

In December, I went to a Great Elvis Performance! It was by Paul Larcombe [Pure Presley!] and he surely gives the most pure representation of Our King, Elvis Presley!! He is the closest there is - bar none!!!!
Paul normally performs to large audiences of hundreds or thousands, but on this occasion. he performed at The Shady Oak Pub,Tiverton, near to his Crewe home. Despite a small audience of about 50 [its all the pub could take] Paul gave the performance as if he was p

I GOTTA KNOW
What is it about an artist who is no longer with us that still holds so much appeal? Elvis is still very much alive in the hearts of millions of fans throughout the world and he is still one of the most influential artists in popular music. Popular enough to warrant the launch of a brand new online fan club
www.elvis.co.uk the brainchild of my friend Julie Yeardye (nee Mundy). Julie is no stranger to the Elvis world and as well as being t…

2010 is an exciting year for Elvis fans. We have Elvis Presley's 75th birthday celebrations in Memphis,
Viva Elvis in Las Vegas and a new European tour of
Elvis in Concert.
In the 30 years since Elvis' death, technology has skyrocketed, we can't do the impossible and bring Elvis back to life - despite locks of Elvis hair and the key to his DNA constantly appearing in auction - but could 2010 finally bring what Elvis fans have been excited to see for years:
Elvis in 3D.
The…

Like most Elvis fans, either side of the pond, I was very excited to hear the announcement that Elvis Presley Enterprises and entertainment giants Cirque du Soleil were planning an
Elvis show in Las Vegas.
The news couldn't be better - Elvis Presley is back! This time in the centre of the Strip in Aria Resort and Casino, when it opens in December as the largest hotel in the world.
Since it was founded…
