I was wondering if anyone has read the Gail Brewer-Giorgio book of the above title. I know he is dead but some of the theories put forward sound quite plausible.
What do you think?

Hi Elvis.co.uk,
I have recently subscribed in this site because of ‘Elvis alive?’ discussion. I have never been interested in going through Elvis’s dead circumstances or giving my opinion for something that has happened so long time ago, but there is the net, full with colourful details and theories, which opens up your mind for serious revaluation on the subject. Based on the old Greek philosophy ‘Truth is born in dialog’ and the ’freedom of speech’ is part of the democracy, which all of us are happy to admit having in this country. If there was nothing defamatory or abusive in our speech I, personally, could not see any serious reason for your request on determination of this discussion. In fact, this is the most interesting and brainstorming topic, which connects, in a positive and gradual way all Elvis fans. I doubt that our opinion can drastically change the events direction or the level of admiration towards this great artist, but just gives us broader field for reasoning on the existing question. I can also honestly say that since I have read your proposal for closure I feel very disappointed and found your entry interruptive and manipulative based on the power of your position.
I absolutely agree and support Lisa and if there is a vote, after all, my voice is for keeping this discussion alive.

Kind Regards, Allena

Sadly, Elvis's health and medication use would suggest that he died. The prescriptions for thousands of very strong/dangerous medications were filled and taken by Elvis. That evidence was heard at Dr Nick's trial. In Elvis's final days he had lots of signs of failing health, particularly the puffiness in his face and bloated appearance.

I am still a registered mental health nurse, although work in regional management now and I have worked with drug addicts. It would be a miracle if any human being could survive the medication regime he was on.

My belief is that Elvis dies as a direct result of substance misuse. A very sad situation indeed, encouraged by his doctor and so called friends.

Given the state of health Elvis was in during the time of his final concert, there is NO WAY he'd be alive today, especially with the amount of prescription medication he was having to take for his ailments. You only have to see how MJ died to see what taking a lot of prescription drugs can do to the body, especially if they were misused. I haven't had time to read through all the post on this topic yet, (working on it!) but when Elvis was reportedly 'seen' walking past a window (didn't look anything like him! lol) while an interview was taking place, that was clearly edited as there was also another guy walking fast right behind him also.
